الدخول الرسمي للفندق الساعة ٤ عصرا والدخول المبكر حسب الامكانية بالفندق موعد المغادرة ١٢ عشرا ظهرا مع وجود استثناءات بعض الفنادق الى الساعة ٢ مساء -

يتم إعتماد التاريخ الميلادي فقط للحجوزات بعد تأكيد الحجز ومراجعة بياناته مع العميل واستلام المستحقات وتأكيد الحجز  -

وجبة الإفطار مجانا للأطفال تحت سن ٦ سنوات بحد أقصي طفلين لكل غرفة -

في بعض الأحيان يلزم دفع مبلغ تأمين لاستقبال الفندق يتم إستردادة عند المغادرة -

يتم إلغاء الحجز المبدئي خلال 30 دقيقة  في حالة عدم التحويل 

سيتم إعتماد الحجز علي حسب التفاصيل المذكورة هنا الرجاء التأكد من تاريخ الدخول والخروج واسم صاحب الحجز قبل تحويل مبلغ الحجز - 

تجاور الغرف او اتصالها او نوع الاسره تخضع الي امكانية الفندق وقت الوصول ويتم ترك توصية مع الحجز 

الحجوزات المؤكدة لا يكن تعديلاها او الغائها خلال مواسم ذات الإقبال المرتفعة لا يمكن الغائها او تعديلها  واستردادها يخضع لحسب الامكانية

حجوزات رمضان غير قابله للالغاء او التعديل حسب الامكانية المتاحه عند الفندق -

حجوزات الفتره من 20 ديسمبر  الي 5 يناير غير قابله للالغاء .

Terms and Conditions

·        Rates are per unit per room per night.

·        Check-In and Check-Out are subject to the hotel policy and seasons. The standard Check-In time is after 16:00 hrs, and the standard Check-Out time is before 12:00 hrs.

·        Late Check-out is subject to the hotel availability and may be subject to additional fees.

·        Groups reservations has to be confirmed before the check-in date by advance payment as per the payment conditions stated in the confirmation letter.

·        All meals for groups must be booked 7 days before check-in dates in advance; otherwise published meal rates will be applied.

·        Hotel has the right to change the rates Before Book’s confirmation.

·        Full payment must be done before the option date to avoid any cancellation.

·        Transactions will be in SAR including all taxes and fees (VAT + Municipality fees) and subject to transaction and exchange fees.

·        Our country of domicile is Saudi Arabia, and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

·        Visa, Master Card, SAR  will be accepted for payments.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

·        In case of refund; transaction and exchange fees (if applicable) will be at the charge of the client.

·        Refunds may take up to 45 days to process depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

·    Confirmed reservations cannot be modified or canceled during seasons with high demand. They cannot be canceled or modified, and the amount will be refunded according to possibility.

Multiple Bookings

·        The multiple Bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.

·        Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
